You're already investing in your health. Nobody's managing the account.
FitQuest — health investment management. An assessment, a plan built for your life, and a coach who adjusts it as that life changes. Your body. Your quest.
Where Every Quest Begins — Know exactly where you stand.
A full Health Advisory Assessment, and a written statement of your health position — yours to keep, whether or not we work together.
Your Greatest Asset — Health, invested like it matters.
Your Health Investment Plan — a personalized roadmap built on your assessment, not a template.
Every Session, A Quest — Train with a plan that levels up with you.
1:1 coaching, habit tracking, and progress reviews — the grind, gamified.
The Quest Never Ends — Become your strongest self.
Levels, quests, achievements — real progress, made visible.
The Skill Tree — Rise through the skill tree.
Every node you light is a habit earned. Configure your quest and start climbing.
Every quest begins with a baseline, and the baseline begins with a conversation — a free 30-minute call to work out where you're starting and where you want to go. You leave with a written statement of your health position: what's working for you, what's working against you, and where the next bit of effort pays the most. It's yours whether or not we ever work together.

If we decide to work together, I'll send you your own link to complete your client intake — training history, goals, injuries, health screening and emergency details — so your first session starts with a plan rather than a questionnaire.

Our Returns
The compounding returns of showing up.
Health is the greatest investment you'll ever make — and like any investment, it's the returns that matter. Every figure below is a real one: a scan on file, a session delivered, a member's own words.

The scans behind those numbers
Five members have body-composition scans on file from their first session through to their most recent. This is all five of them, and every number those scans recorded — not a shortlist of the flattering ones.

Every member with scans on file is here, and every measurement those scans recorded is shown — including one member who gained body fat and one who lost lean mass and muscle across their window. Each total is therefore a net figure, not a sum of the wins. Lean mass includes skeletal muscle, so those two columns are not additive. All five were measured on an EVOLT 360 body scanner, first scan to most recent.
What they've hit in the gym
Milestones from members' own training, logged as they happened, in no particular order. These sit apart from the scans above on purpose — a lift is a thing that was done, not a thing that was measured, and the two shouldn't be read as the same kind of evidence.

In their own words
Every quote below is the member's own words — most written for a testimonial, a couple said in person — shortened for length but never for meaning.
I recently was able to do a single trap bar deadlift of 180 lbs after gradually working my way up over 2 years. Not bad for a 68-year-old woman! My wrists and shoulders are completely rehabilitated and my balance is much improved.
SAS.A.Two years in180 lb pull at 68
The periodic pictures helped me reframe tiny wins as sustainable growth and big wins! The one-year update was a dramatic change and helped inspire me to continue with my training.
CMC.M.Member since 2024+18.7 lbs lean
Within a few workouts we were correcting movement patterns I wasn't even aware I had. I was gaining mobility in joints I hadn't even considered. And mind you, I diagnose and treat joint issues daily.
ALA.L.Member since 2024−5.0 lbs fat
The most valuable [sessions] were in helping me to regain my balance even five years after my accident. Tyson also improved my golf swing, even though he doesn't play golf.
CGC.G.Post-injury rehabBalance regained
My form and technique improved, which gave me confidence to work out on my own while reducing risk of injury. Tyson held me accountable and we very rarely missed our sessions together.
KSK.S.Strength & consistencyHabit that stuck
Skeptical at first due to Tyson's age, but once I got into a routine with him you can easily tell he knows what he's doing — everything we did in the gym had a purpose.
CJC.J.BasketballLess knee pain
I can put my baby boy in the crib without back pain, and it's easier.
KKK.K.Lower backEveryday life, easier
Weight started at 172.4, down to 164.5 lbs. Overall energy increase, better mood and sleep. Tyson gives the right balance of tough love and grace, especially on harder days. 100/10.
ADA.D.Ended the yo-yo−7.9 lbs
This program fixed and improved my joint pains and injuries, as well as pulled or strained muscles along the way. Tyson made showing up to the gym my favourite part of the day.
NBN.B.Athletic performanceJoint pain resolved
As a complete beginner, I felt out of my depth in the gym and worried about injuring myself. I'd recommend his program to anyone starting from scratch — it's grounded in fundamentals and accountability.
BMB.M.Started from zeroBeginner → confident
I had back problems and he helped me. My back issues are much better already in 4 months. He makes the time fly by! I don't dread going to the gym thanks to him!
CLC.L.Four months inBack pain eased
Tyson has unmatched energy. He's knowledgeable and thorough. He's the type of guy who makes it easy to forget how much some exercises suck, because he makes it fun.
HAH.A.Gaining weightMuscle gained
I've gained muscle, gotten stronger, and put on an additional 10–13 pounds. Loved that he pushed me to my limits and helped me show myself how strong I really am.
LLL.L.Building lean mass+10–13 lbs
I haven't taken an Advil or Tylenol in a month. A huge difference from before in the lower back.
Client and session counts are Tyson's own coaching record to date. Body-composition figures are the measured change between a member's first and most recent scan, for the five members with scans on file — they are a record of those five, not an average across all 38. Testimonials are members' own words, trimmed only for length, and credited by initials. Individual results vary with effort, consistency, starting point and health history; nothing here is a promise of a particular outcome, and none of it is medical advice.
